Swedish Apple Pie Recipe

I came across this recipe on a blog. I would love to try it out but I'm a horrible cook, so I thought I would share. :) I know a few people who would love to try it and tell me how it is!!!

Here is the recipe - simple and delicious!

5 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, mixed together
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 egg
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Butter or spray pie pan (8 or 9 inch) and fill 2/3 full with apple slices.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of the apples.
Melt butter, add sugar and egg and mix well.
Add flour and nuts, pour over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (until apples are cooked and pie is golden brown)

Projects

Ok, so the next few post I make will most likely be random and in no order at all. For tonight I am just going to post about my recent projects. I made a pencil jar for my desk at school. It is a horrible picture of it but I promise it is cute. It has my last name on it, in the picture you see "Ms." with some flowers.


My next project came from this one. I was cutting out the extra vinyl that I used to make Angi's wall words and had some extra space. (I still have more vinyl to play with too) :) But I cut out stuff from the size I was using and had extra pieces so I was wondering where to put it. Then I saw my other pencil/pen holder sitting on my desk. So I put the vinyl on that, it literally took 1 minute to make. I love this stuff though you can use it on ANYTHING!
Well this is going to be it for the night. I will post more soon to come.

I'm back! (Hopefully)

For those of you that read my blog (Angi) I am going to try and post at least once a week.... Now I have no clue when that once will be but I am hoping to get back into a routine and also some more crafting. :) I actually have done two simple things this week that I am excited about because I now I have tons of ideas from it. Once again, to Angi, thank you for wanting wall words. I had left over vinyl and have used that for inspiration!!! Now to learn how to add pictures and to actually take the picture first and post them. Hopefully soon. Its nice to have a brand new computer to work on, its much faster.

Computer Problems

Currently I have the slowest, nonworking computer there could ever be. I am trying to save all my information so I can reboot it and hopefully start fresh. For this reason I have not been able to upload any more pictures and I haven't had time to do anything. :( Hopefully I will be back after the holiday week.

The Weekend

So I have had a busy long weekend. I have accomplished a lot and also not accomplished things. I have also confused my mind with dresses. I have a few projects to do, Angi your letters should be on the done list soon! I found the chocolate brown this weekend :) But as of right now it is 7pm and I am "in" bed for the night. I will not be doing a thing!!! I work tomorrow through Thursday and have the weekend off! Wahoo! I can't wait to work on the projects I have.
